Candidates who received a minimum score of 87% in the National Audition will proceed to the National Final, which will take place from June 11 to July 3, 2022, in Salle Henri-Gagnon at Université Laval’s Faculty of Music, in Quebec City. Candidates must make sure to be at the designated location at the scheduled time for their round.
Awards will be announced at the Gala Concert, which will be held on July 4, 2022, at Palais Montcalm, in Quebec City. A minimum score of 90% is required for the awarding of 1st Place, 87% for 2nd Place, and 85% for 3rd Place (see the FAQ) for more details on rankings and scholarships). Candidates will have the opportunity to virtually meet one of the five jury members (who will be listed on this page) after their round.
